BSJ Incentive Program is a program organized by BSN that offers cash reward incentive to students and schools based on the collected reward points.
PARTICIPATION CATEGORIES AND PROGRAM MECHANISM
- Student Category
- Increase in student savings.
- Participation in activities/programs organized by BSN.
- Academic achievements and school cocurricular activities.
- School Category
- Participation in activities/programs by BSN (e.g. BSN Cashless Program).
- Total growth of its students’ savings and accumulated individual points collected by its students.
- Student participation rate in opening BSN accounts.

- Top 100 students from each school category with the highest point will be eligible for the Cash Reward Incentive subject to the requirement below:
- Meet the minimum threshold of 1,000 points;
- Must have monthly savings growth; and
- Must participate in at least one (1) BSN program/activity or student/sport achievement.

- The schools must be registered as BSA.
- The students’ collected points will then be used to calculate the Overall Top Points to determine the quarterly and yearly school incentive winner, as per below:

- Schools under BSN Cashless Program will get an additional bonus of 10 points each school.
- School participation at the state and national levels in co-curricular activities such as sports, debates is also considered as contributing to school points.
