To customers whose income have been affected due to the flood disaster, please get in touch with BSN to discuss suitable financing/loan repayment assistance including moratorium by sending an email to bantuanbanjir@bsn.com.my with the following details:

  1. Name
  2. Identification Card Number
  3. Phone Number
  4. Type of Financing (example - Housing, Hire-Purchase, Personal, Credit Card, Micro)

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

  1. Copy of NRIC (for identity and address verification)
  2. If the NRIC address does not match the affected area, customers must provide one of the following:
    • Utility bill or
    • Or any other relevant document verifying their residence

In addition, charges for replacement of damaged or lost BSN Credit Cards and Debit Card due to flood disaster will also be waived.
