Following the gas explosion incident in Putra Heights on 1 April 2025, which caused significant damage to homes, vehicles, and the surrounding area, we are offering a Special Relief Assistance Program to support our impacted customers.
This program is available to individual and Micro Finance customers residing in the affected area and offers a 6-month moratorium to defer loan or financing repayments during this period.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
- Copy of NRIC (for identity and address verification)
- If the NRIC address does not match the affected area, customers must provide one of the following:
- Utility bill or
- Tenancy agreement or
- Or any other relevant document verifying their residence

In addition, charges for replacement of damaged or lost BSN Credit Cards and Debit Card due to gas explosion disaster will also be waived.
