Dear valued customers,

Bantuan Khas COVID-19 (BKC) Phase 1 pay-out via account crediting and cash payment will officially commence on 6 September 2021 (Monday) and will be executed in stages.

Recipients are encouraged to check their status through the channels below:

1. Visit https://bkc.hasil.gov.my (BKC official portal can only be accessed from 6 September 2021); or
2. Contact Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDNM) BKC Hotline at 1-800-88-2747

BKC Phase 1 pay-out via accounts crediting will be made based on the recipient's information provided by LHDNM to BSN.

Cash withdrawals can be made at ALL MEPS ATMs across the country, whereby RM1 fee for interbank cash withdrawal is waived during this time.

For cash payment, recipients must bring along their IC when visiting BSN Branch.

Only registered representatives are allowed to represent the recipients to receive the BKC Phase 1 assistance. Refer to BKC website for more information.

Customers are reminded to practice physical distancing of at least 1-metre. Wearing a face mask and temperature screening are compulsory before performing banking transactions at BSN Branch counters.
