- Latest EPF Statement or BE Form or any other income documents acceptable to BSN
- Others:
- Copy of Sale & Purchase Agreement; and
- Property Pictures (wherever applicable)
- Photocopy of MyKad
- Business Registration (SSM) / Certified True Copy Form 9, Form 24 and Form 49
- Latest B Form with the Tax Receipt; and
- Latest six (6) months Bank Account Statement
