EARLY SETTLEMENT 

Customer is entitled to a rebate which is the refund of the term charges for the unused tenure.

The calculation is based on the following formula:

Rebate =[n(n+1)] x TC

n = Remaining Rental Period in Months

N = Original Rental Period in Months

TC = Term Charges

N (N+1)

FEES & CHARGES

  • LATE PAYMENT CHARGES
    Interest on any overdue instalments at either 8% per annum (in the case of fixed rate term charges) or 2% per annum above the prevailing rate of term charges (in the case of floating rates of term charges), will be charged on the amount in arrears. Such interest will be calculated on a daily basis from the due date until one day prior to the actual payment date, on any overdue monies payable by the Hirer and charged to the Hirer’s account monthly.
  • STAMP DUTY
    RM10 for Hirer's copy of the Hire Purchase Agreement.
    RM10 for Guarantor's copy of agreement (if applicable).
  • OTHER SERVICES
    RM10 for issuance of Yearly Financing Statement (per request).
    RM45 for application of certified true copy (CTC) of security documents/agreement (per request).

    Note: Mandated products are exempted.
