PROCEDURE FOR REPORTING DISPUTED TRANSACTIONS
The minimum information required for reporting a disputed transaction via email, call or myBSN Secured Message are:
- Customer’s name
- Customer’s NRIC or passport number
- Affected account number
- Date of disputed transaction
- Amount of disputed transaction
- Reason why the customer believes that it is a disputed transaction
