HOW DOES IT WORK?

There are two convenient methods to receive payments.

  • Static QR Code

DuitNow QR standee

DuitNow QR generated from merchant’s mobile device

Steps for customer to pay using Static QR code:
  1. Scan the DuitNow QR from:
  • DuitNow QR standee displayed at your store; or
  • DuitNow QR code generated from the BSNeBiz App displayed on your mobile device.
  1. Enter the payable amount.
  1. Check the transaction history from your BSNeBiz App to confirm that the payment has been received.
  • Dynamic QR Code

DuitNow QR generated from your mobile device with the amount to be received

Steps for customer to pay using Dynamic QR code:
  1. Launch the BSNeBiz App on your mobile device.
  1. Click on 'Receive' to display your DuitNow QR
  1. Enter amount to be received from customer
  1. Customer to scan the DuitNow QR from your mobile device.
  1. Check the transaction history from your BSNeBiz App to confirm that the payment has been received.

HOW DO I GET BSN DUITNOW QR CODE FOR MY BUSINESS?

BSN DuitNow QR Registration & Activation Process.

  1. Corporate Administrator to login to BSNeBiz Internet Banking (https://www.bsnebiz.com.my/bsn-cdb/commonLogin).
    Click 'DuitNow QR Merchant Management' section and click 'Create'.

  1. Fill in the required particulars and click 'Next'

  1. The Confirmation page will require you to verify your business particulars. Kindly verify all particulars accordingly. Click 'Confirm' for the QR code to be generated.

  1. At the Acknowledgement page, click Print QR Code button.

  1. The BSN DuitNow QR code is generated and to be placed on the BSN DuitNow QR standee that will be distributed to merchants.
